Return POLICY

Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return your item/order must meet the following criteria: 
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Items that have been put into the water, even once, or dragged and thus sustained any soiling, scratching, or evidence of any wear, cannot be returned
  • It must be accompanied by all the original packaging and accessories
  • You have 10 days from original pickup or delivery to return the product
Refunds:
You are responsible for returning the item back at your own expense. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is rejected as ineligible, you are responsible for picking your item up within 10 days.
On refunds for an unfulfilled item a 3% return fee will be charged due to processing fees by Shopify or Visa. 
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, minus a 10% restocking fee, or you can request a full store credit towards your next order.
Exchanges (if applicable):
You are responsible for pick up of the exchange item within 10 days of its availability, although local delivery may be possible by mutual agreement.
